Good ideas to eat Gluten-Free?How not to feel weird when eating out? - how long does it take a celiac to feel better after eating gluten

I have a not a new diagnosis of gluten intolerance, celiac disease - I feel much better when they eat gluten, too, but it is too cumbersome and costly. Any person whose GF was more than I like to share, please also submit any suggestions in the form of prepared foods, prepared foods are, and how it's not always like the strange feeling when your friends want to eat pizza, etc? Thank you!

Hello Liss. I own a health food store and have a lot of G / F Business. The first things you should know that it will be easier, as it ahead. I spoke with at least 2-3 people per week who was just diagnosed, and their main concern was "what I eat?" If you are still at home with your people will be more of a challenge. The good news is that you have an intolerance, not allergy Full Blown. Thus, life becomes much easier, because cross-contamination is likely not a problem to make it for you. They have more opportunities to g / f food in a grocery store in your regular supermarket. Find a local store and go inside and talk to them. It is likely that much with people like you every day and will gladly help you some things to try out. If you have questions or need some recommendations to have the best products, please contact me.

funny recent trend gluten-free diet. I have a few friends who are eating gluten, and eat without making it a pain in the ***. is very uncomfortable for everyone if we want something that can not eat. I hope that it will be an intolerance and not just another successor.
